Sponsor a Child

Rural Sponsorship Fund

Countless bright, eager students throughout Kenya long for a chance to learn. In 2002, the government of Kenya abolished school fees for primary education up to Grade 8. This change in policy has allowed millions of students to receive elementary education. However, secondary education, which is NOT free, is out of reach for many rural students, especially girls.

Our Rural Sponsorship Fund supports the education of boys and girls in rural Kenya through direct sponsorships that assist families to cover the cost of secondary school. Children are referred by community members and teachers in our project areas. Each child is screened for academic achievement, character and citizenship; we visit every home and interview each child and their parents. We partner with the family and community to create an open dialogue for problem solving and support the wellness and academic achievement of the student. Our kids are shining!!!!!

For less than $2 a day you can change the life of a child in Kenya and help their star shine brightly. If a student sponsorship sounds right for you, please DONATE NOW or email us directly at: admin@rayofhope4all.org . We look forward to hearing from you.
